Shipping

Due to the current geopolitical situation, we’ve had to halt fulfillment of most orders from Russian and Ukrainian designers. The postal services and payments/bank services are not properly functional at the moment, creating a lot of confusion and making it impossible for us to issue payments to some of the designers. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We remain hopeful that the situation gets resolved in the near future and look forward to resuming normal business operations in Russia and Ukraine as soon as possible.

All standard shipping to the U.S. is always FREE and international and expedited shipping is available upon request. For international shipping rates, please email us at hello@clothia.com. We also offer flat-rate shipping to Canada (FREE) and the UK (FREE).

Every item on Clothia is shipped directly to you from our designers’ studios. Delivery times vary depending on where your purchase is arriving from (the average delivery time to the U.S. is 1-2 weeks). Once your order ships you’ll receive an email containing your order details and a tracking number.

Our designer partners aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days after purchase, but every once in a while it might take an order up to a week to ship. Our designers produce their collections in limited quantities, and if they run out of a certain size they will need to custom make it for your order.

We take pride in hand-selecting high-quality products and always aim to have your purchase arrive in style. Please note that duties and/or customs charges might be applied for orders shipped outside the US. If you have any questions, please contact us hello@clothia.com, and we can help advise on duties for your country of delivery.

If for any reason your items are damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@clothia.com within 3 days of delivery and please keep the packaging so we can examine it.

Please note, for orders with items from more than one designer, your pieces will ship individually with unique tracking numbers.
