Hand-carved nuggets of brass conjoined by rings create this chain necklace designed to appear as if it has just been unearthed in an archeological dig. Turkish designer Sema Kentel is inspired by the art of the Byzantine Empire, the beauty of imperfection, and the lure of the extraordinary. Upon graduation from Boğaziçi University, she honed her design skills in the United States and later returned to her native Turkey to design under the label Mihanikî Design. In gold. Made in Turkey.
